Dr Koh Tat Suan, EdD, M.Ed, B.Eng
Dr Koh Tat Suan started his first career as an engineer serving in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) for 22 years. His time with the Armed Forces imbued him with experience in the areas of research and development, strategic and corporate planning, logistic and supply management, engineering maintenance, training development and education management. He left the SAF at 45 to join the Ministry of Education (MOE) for 3 years. In the MOE, he oversaw the human resource management and development of the non-teaching staff. He then worked at the Singapore Workforce Development Agency as Deputy Director of the Generic Skills Development Division and later at the Institute of Adult Learning as the Director of Learning and Professional Development Division, both of which dealt with workforce development. His most recent appointment was the Director of Lifelong Learning at SkillsFuture Singapore. He spent a total of 14 years overseeing the promotion of workforce development and lifelong learning at a national level. Dr Koh has a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He obtained a Masters in Education Management with the University of Western Australia, graduating with honours. He most recently obtained a Doctorate in Education from the University College London.

Donovan did his first degree in the Social Sciences field, double majoring in both Psychology and Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources with the Singapore Management University (SMU). He later undertook a postgraduate degree in Law, also with SMU, and graduated with a Cum Laude degree. He trained and practised as a lawyer for nearly two years before starting to dabble in entrepreneurship. He has experience setting up new start-ups, having done 3 till date, of which he was a founding entrepreneur of one himself. He is passionate about talent management and sustainable development.
